Gateway Leadership Certificate Program (MDP 237)

This 18-day non-consecutive Leadership Certificate Program is for individuals who are skilled in their field but have not yet developed the skills necessary to move into and succeed in leadership and management positions.

Online Leadership Certificate for Human Resource Managers (MDO 223)
Online Leadership Certificate for Service Managers (MDO 224)
These online programs are for human resource and service manager professionals looking to increase their skills and move into leadership roles within their organizations. While these online programs are asynchronous, they are instructor facilitated. Each track (Human Resource and Service Management) includes 5 required courses; each course runs 6–8 weeks and as many as 2 courses may be taken simultaneously.

Leadership Maturity Model™ (MDP238)
Boston University’s Corporate Education Center introduces the new paradigm in leader/manager assessment: the Leadership Maturity Model™ (LMM) developed by 7th Wave Solutions. The LMM and its associated 720°assessment process take a giant leap beyond most 360° leadership/management assessments by gauging performance effectiveness and growth progression of individual leaders within the context of an organization’s leadership system. The LMM’s unique 720° method assesses not only each leader’s effective performance in over 80 areas of leadership, but also identifies potential root cause variables within the organization’s leadership system infrastructure, processes, culture, environment, etc. This holistic viewpoint allows an organization to leverage its areas of leadership strength and target weaknesses and opportunities for change for its
leaders and the organization.
