Loan Information
Government Agency Sponsorship
Government agencies such as Massachusetts Rehabilitation Services, Department of Employment and Training, Worker Assistance Centers, and Veteran Administration sometimes sponsor students. Please contact these agencies directly for more information. Veteran Administration can be contacted at 1-888-442-4551.
Government sponsored students need to provide an official letter issued by the Government agency specifying the student name, the approved class, and the amount to be paid to Boston University on your behalf. Your seat in a program is not reserved until this documentation is received and approved by the Finance Office or you make a 25% tuition deposit. This deposit is refunded to you upon receipt of Government payment in full.
Note that the Government agency may pay part or all of your tuition and fees and any remaining balance is payable by the student. Deferred Payment Plans are available for financing any unpaid balance.

from several non-affiliated organizations. If you plan
to apply for a loan, we recommend that you do so as soon
as possible.

For your convenience, all loan and Boston University
Corporate Education Center requirements are listed.
Note that Federal
(Stafford, Pell, and Plus) loans do not apply to these
programs.
