  1. How do I login to a live webinar?
    Login to the event using the URL provided in your confirmation email.

  2. How do I hear the audio portion of the live webinar?
    Dial-in to the audio portion of the webinar by using the toll-free 800 number provided to you in your confirmation email.

  3. When should I login / dial-in to the live webinar?
    Please log-in to the event about 5-10 minutes prior to the start. This will allow you time to download the needed webex software and login to the live event.

  4. How do I download the WebEx software needed for the live event?
    Simple go to:
    Webex (http://www.webex.com/lp/player/download.html) and download the appropriate Webex player.

  5. How long is the webinar?
    The live event will last approximately one hour and will allow for live chat questions.

  6. What are the minimum system requirements to attend a live or on-demand webinar?
    • Internet connection – 56kbps connection or better (AOL users: AOL 5.0 and above only)
    • Netscape 4.x or Internet Explorer and above
    • For the Teleconference participants, a separate telephone line is required (in addition to the line used to dial up to ISP, if applicable)


  7. How do I suggest a new topic for a webinar?
    Please email
    webinars@corpedgroup.com with any suggestions or ideas.

  8. How do I view on-demand webinars?
    Visit the
    on-demand webinars section of the website.

  9. If I need help, who can I contact?
  10. What is a PDU webinar?
    Professional Development Units (PDUs) can be issued by PMI® for formal learning activities related to project management. Project Management Professionals (PMPs®) are required to earn a minimum of 60 PDUs every 3 years to maintain certification. For more information about this program go to the
    PMI® web site or call 610-356-4600.

  11. How can I pay for a PDU webinar?
    Payment is due upon registration and the payment may be made by the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Please contact:
    webinars@corpedgroup.com if you have specific payment requests.

  12. What is your refund policy?
    The Corporate Education Group does not refund the $35 fee for a PDU webinar. You do have the option of transferring your payment to a webinar at a later date.

  13. When will I receive my PDU certificate?
    You will receive your PDU certificate approximately 14 days after the webinar. If you do not receive the certificate in the mail after 3 weeks, please contact
